Description: In support of its corporate philosophy and in partnership with Terracycle, Kenco, the coffee brand from Mondelez, rewards its consumers for purchasing from the new range of eco-sustainable products. As a reflection of its corporate social responsibility, the Kenco loyalty programme is just an example of the innumerable charity and green actions underway in the United Kingdom.

 

The point collection mechanism also involves trade: the consumer/retailer logs onto the website of the promotion and enters the code found inside or outside the product package, in the relevant area. The points collected can be used to redeem prizes or given to charity. The point collection is also supported by targeted boosting actions where participants are invited to join promotional actions on a regular basis and receive more points in exchange, which can be checked on their personal account. It is a shame that the mobile channel for code entering and earning points is totally absent as further tool to engage users, guiding them to sell-in and cross-selling, from a fully progress marketing perspective.
