Gloria Group is a Peruvian company based in Lima, a leader in the production of milk and dairy products. The company boasts a long-standing tradition in the field and a widespread distribution network in the entire Latin American market. Gloria chose Advice as its strategic partner for its first progress marketing campaign, which aims at boosting sales of Battimix products, the leading Peruvian yogurt brand. The campaign also includes a focus on slower moving products.
“Battimixea y Viaja” is a smart promotion based on a short point collection aimed at encouraging frequent and cross-category purchases of various Battimix products. The driver of the campaign is the smart packaging provided with a unique code that allows for a high number of consumers to be engaged. The multi-channel engagement strategy gives consumers the chance to win exciting prizes. The strategy walks the consumers through their collection experience with a series of inputs and missions that result in a stronger relationship between the consumers and the brand.
The campaign runs on Advice Customer Data Platform that maps and analyzes consumer behavior and provides real time dashboards to monitor the performance of the campaign. In addition, the platform offers real time user clusters that allow for the implementation of personalized communication strategies with the aim of boosting up-selling and cross-selling performance and establishing an ongoing relationship with consumers.
