Advice Group becomes part of MMA
Following on the recent success in Istanbul at the Forum of MMA Emea, where the Project Manager for Advice Group represented – together with Barilla – Italian excellence in digital loyalty, Furbatto has been invited to contribute to the development of the association in Italy alongside the major players in the industry, such as Google, Nokia, Telecom, Vodafone and Nielsen. The role played by Advice Group will be crucial for the education of Brand Managers as regards how to use mobile instruments more strategically in order to consolidate customer loyalty and CRM. Moreover, Mr Furbatto’s commitment will serve the purpose of disseminating the culture of Progress Marketing, through a comparison of Italian best practices with those at international level, in order to define new parameters and benchmarks for digital loyalty cross-country programs.
